Every journey here begins with a Consultation Session — it’s more than just a meeting, it’s our foundation.

During this in-person (preferred), phone, or video session, we take you throught:

  • An anatomical breakdown of your body and how it works.

  • Identification of your primary dysfunctions and mechanical habits holding you back.

  • A clear plan to reverse limitations, optimize movement, and set a foundation for growth.

Take your training further with three sessions per week. Each session is customized to your progression plan and goals.
